This setting does nothing. This change deprecates it, for the 6.x series, and a followup will remove it in 7.0.

This setting does nothing. This change deprecates it, for the 6.x series, and #29527 removes it entirely for the 7.x series.

This setting does nothing, and is deprecated in the 6.x series by #29526. This change removes it entirely in 7.0.
