This is a follow up to #28092 which added translog and warmer stats to the Java API.
This change builds off of that to also expose these stats through the cat API.

Since this is a community submitted pull request, a Jenkins build has not been kicked off automatically. Can an Elastic organization member please verify the contents of this patch and then kick off a build manually?

@scottsom Sorry that it took a while to get back to you. The change looks good. Can you add a test for this in the ./rest-api-spec/resources/rest-api-spec/test/cat.nodes/10_basic.yml file and rebase your branch with master?
