Allow monitoring HTTP exporter password to be stored in keystore

Currently, the [`auth.password` setting](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/monitoring-settings.html#http-exporter-settings) for the monitoring HTTP exporter must be specified in plaintext. There should be an option to store the password securely in the keystore.
