Rolling upgrade tests failing due to access token failures

Seems master and 7.x BWC tests have started failing for same test cases. This generally indicates that some incompatible change was made in a previous minor branch. Here are examples:

Looking back through Jenkins it's possible that #42662 might be related as in both cases it was the most recent change in the previous minor branch when these particular BWC tests started to fail. This is pure conjecture though as I don't understand the scope of those changes enough to make a definitive call.

Nevermind, this is just fallout from #42651 awaiting backporting. @jaymode has already muted these tests.
