Highlighting: Add boundary_chars and boundary_max_size to control text boundaries with fast vector highlighter (term vector)

Add boundary_chars (a string consisting of characters to define boundaries) and boundary_max_size (to control how far to look for). Note, they apply only for the fast vector highlighter which is used when enabling term vectors.
