No automatic scroll when selected option is not visible

Hello,

First of all, thanks a lot for the plugin, it's really amazing!

However, we have found an issue: when the number of options is big and therefore a scroll appears, if the option selected is not visible, there should be an automatic scroll to that option. It is annoying when you want to select the 50th option and right after the 51st one... you need to scroll all the way down again.
