Reopening 'multiple : false' should jump to current selection

When 'multiple : false', the current selection should be fully visible and highlighted upon opening the dropdown. Currently, the first item is highlighted and not necessarily fully shown - specifically, when there is a scrollbar present, the top of the first item gets chopped off visually. It would be nice if this widget more closely followed standard Windows UI behavior in regards to the default dropdown.
