Remove unused PNG icons

In the platform.debug module, there are several unused .png icons (both normal and 2x) that have been replaced by SVGs. Should these unused .png files be removed or kept as they are ?

The PNG files that have been replaced with SVG are considered deprecated and may be removed with the Eclipse 2027-06 release: https://eclipse.dev/eclipse/markdown/?f=news/4.36/platform.md#support-for-svg-images
