Contents help is unresponsive while opened from modal window

Contents help is unresponsive while opened from modal window (2025-06, looks like latent issue).

Using following Help and Web Browser settings:

Once I click to the Help button within Preferences dialog and select Preferences dialog link Help window is opening.
This window cannot be focused and it doesn't respond to clicks. It cannot be closed and we cannot interact with it till the Preferences dialog is closed. From the one side this is expected behavior, cause the Preferences window is APPLICATION_MODAL and blocks other windows. From the other side, in such workflow the application's behavior confuse.

I can't reproduce with latest master build on RHEL 9.2

• Which Eclipse version is it?
• Which OS version (looks like it is Windows)?
• Which browser is system default?

Please also try latest 4.36 that was just released.

I'm using:

• Eclipse IDE 4.36 (2025-06)
• Windows 10 (reproducible on Windows Server 2022 also)
• Edge

I can provide the video if it is required

I can reproduce this with latest I-Build, Windows 11 and Edge.
The issue disappears when starting the product with IE instead of Edge. So this is likely a limitation of the Edge implementation.
