[Edge] White background in icons in the Help view

Describe the bug
When using the dark theme, hovering over the Contents list of the Help produces white background in icons.

To Reproduce

• Activate the dark theme
• Open the Help (F1)
• Go to Contents
• Hover over the elements in the list

Expected behavior
The icons shouldn't have any white background when hovered over.

Isn't this an issue of the shown web page / its CSS styling rather than Edge itself?

Could be, I haven't looked into it yet

These web pages rely on very ancient html/css properties which newer browsers no longer support e.g. eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform#1823 . I don't use dark theme so it probably needs similar adjustments.
