[Win32] Elements have wrong size on HighDPI Montior

Describe the bug

Since I20250417-0430 it looks like some elements have a wrong size, tabs are affected but also the About-dialog, maybe it's related to images/icon? For details see the screenshot below, that also compares the current I-build with the previous build where everything is fine.

I use 4K Monitors at 150% scaling.

Looking at the git-log I cannot see a change that I suspect to be the be the cause immediately:

I guess that was bad timing for the I-Build.
The regression was introduced with this PR:

• [GTK] Set useCairoAutoScale to true and remove getter #2030

And was fixed right after with this PR:

• Correct Cairo autoscaling setting in DPIUtil and remove setter #2031 #2032

But only the former made it into the I-Build.

I would expect this to be fixed with the next successful I-Build. Should we mark the current as unstable?

Thanks for the clarification, makes sense. I assumed that a GTK change wouldn't affect Windows. But that was the problem.

I'll check the next I-build to verify this is fixed.

I can confirm that with the latest I-build (I20250419-0820) this is fixed.
