[Win32] Text field double as high as it should be (regression)

Describe the bug
In SmartGit, "Standard" window, [+] tab, the filter input field is as double as high as it should be.

To Reproduce

• start an installed SmartGit 25.1 preview (smartgit.exe)
• open the "Standard" window
• select the [+] tab

This problem is not reproducible when launching from IDEA or smartgitc.exe.
This problem is independent from the zoom level of the display - I can reproduce it with 100%, 150% and 200%.

Note, SmartGit sets the system property swt.autoScale to false to work around drawing bugs.

Expected behavior
This input field should have the half height.

Environment:

Is there a way to reproduce the issue with plain SWT or and based on a plain Eclipse SDK?

As it's about the same change and a similar effect, this is related to:

Unfortunately, I only was able to reproduce it on one of my two Win11 machines. One other mate could reproduce it as well, but others couldn't. Also see the situations above where I also could not reproduce it on the very machine.
