- Replaced old GRPC classes with new classes.
- Introduced identifyPlanner() call right before calling prepareStatement() to the query engine.

…so that a handle is available to cancel the query
…at the subsequent reopens would set the header with the plannerIp, making the session sticky. (handled by HAProxy)
