Problem

Currently, it's difficult to find the log stream generated from a job.

Solution

Generate a link to the cloudwatch logstream from the job. Also, in the run, generate a link to log insights with all the jobs pre-filtered

@james-boydell Just to confirm — this is for querying logs by date, search, etc., basically everything not yet supported by dstack's UI, correct?

@peterschmidt85 That's correct. We need to be able to search and well as date/time stamps.
