Implement solution/project loading status #6799
Description
Currently when using the C# extension standalone, we do not show any indication (other than logs) about what the status of loading the project or solution is. It is difficult to figure out if a solution is still loading and what solution is loaded.
We should implement something similar to the O# for C# standalone:
