System.CommandLine update requires a simultaneous update of runtime, SDK, roslyn, format and templating (see dotnet/command-line-api#2146 for an example). This update does not contain any major bug fixes, so we should not be taking it to 8.0 as it introduces risk and requires a lot of work (it contains some breaking changes). @dsplaisted could you please disable the S.CL maestro updates for 8.0 branch? |
