3 Failures, 2 are related to Fix TargetPlatformVersion normalization for Windows by dsplaisted · Pull Request #29009 · dotnet/sdk (github.com) which was rejected for servicing (there's no customer impact, just test impact). The third is related to the upgrade of the 6.0.1xx SDK that's included there as we removed the maui workloads in later 6.0.1xx SDKs. Since we aren't going to fix any of these, we should probably disable all three tests.

@dsplaisted any disagreement on disabling these tests in 6.0.1xx as I don't see a path forward for fixing them?

@marcpopMSFT I think it's a good idea to disable the tests in 6.x. Try to make sure that doesn't flow forward into 7.x though.
