Does this issue have an owner? If not I am going to assume it won't get fixed in the next few weeks and needs to be punted to 7.0

Looking at that test it seems to fail since it won't be able to locate a .pdb file in the same directory as the test assembly. I assume .pdb files are not included in the app bundles used during test runs on mobile devices, @steveisok?
