Some of my recent refactorings brought the concept of
'$(Configuration)' == 'Proto'intoVisualFSharp.slnwhich is incorrect;Protoonly exists as a build prerequisite step. With these changes I am able to do the following:.\build.cmd vs debugVisualFSharp.slnin Visual Studio 2017 Version 15.6.VisualFSharpOpenSourceas the startup project.Fixes #4424.
