This stages an update for the Microsoft.Extensions.AI.Templates package containing the following PRs:

  1. Scope Ollama resilience settings to Web/Program.cs and restore ServiceDefaults #6850
  2. Update ModelContextProtocol version in MCP template #6870
  3. Update Aspire #6858

Note that these items are explicitly omitted from the update to ensure we remain aligned with nuget.org's specification support:

Move Ollama-specific HTTP client resiliency configuration out of Extensions.cs in ServiceDefaults to an extension method called later in Web/Program.cs.
