Documentation should use `dotnet add reference` instead of `dotnet reference add`

Description

As previously discussed in dotnet/sdk#49281, the tutorial on creating unit tests instructs to use the command dotnet reference add, which seems to be outdated syntax. It should be changed to dotnet add reference.

Indeed, @philippludwig, thanks for the heads-up!

However, as .NET 10 is still in PREVIEW (only release candidate is released so far, correct me if I'm wrong), I wonder if it should already be updated to what's in .NET 10, as other pages does that already at some places (#43917)?
Or do we want to add a note that there's an alternate syntax depending on the .NET version? After all, everyone who is on .NET v9, not the PREVIEW, and will follow this tutorial will run into the problem.
I'm hoping to get your opinion here, @BillWagner 🙏
