Update "Standard date and time format strings" page to include DateOnly and TimeOnly #43423

Describe the issue or suggestion
https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/standard/base-types/standard-date-and-time-format-strings currently covers only DateTime and DateTimeOffset, the aforementioned new types added in .NET 8 for date and time specifically should be covered there too.
