Update explore dashboard docs with information about interaction service #4047

Issue #3934 is about adding docs for using interaction service to build integrations with the app host. There should be some mention in the explore dashboard page about getting interaction prompts.
I think it could be as simple as a small subsection that mentions that some resources or commands could prompt for values. e.g. Azure resources that are missing configuration could for configuration when the dashboard starts.
