SOS Watson support work items

Here is a list of possible work and testing that needs to take place before Watson can take a new version of SOS:

• Support Watson .sympath's which contain alternate symbol providers dlls like symsrv*symsrv.dll*d:\data\SYM\symcache*\\aw0eus0symcache.file.core.windows.net\Symbols*http://localhost/remote200/30e07e1454924e55901d7f693f7eddf1/0/x64/4542784547/remote.
• Test the Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native symbol download code for Windows and Portable PDBs. Figure out why it can't handle the above Watson .sympaths.
• Test the C++ (no managed SOS code loaded) fallback path.
• Test the _EFN_* APIs that Watson uses.
• Check the SOS performance in general and the _EFN_* APIs.
• Test with !analyze on the various dump resources needed to test Watson.
