We might yet take a further update, but doing this now to check that we can still upgrade following some Mono changes.
As of this PR, we no longer will go through extra steps to provide our own build of the Mono linker. From here on, we will use
monolinker.exeincluded in the Mono WebAssembly distribution instead ofillink.dll. Later on this will probably change again since we'll eventually want to use the linker distributed inside the .NET Core SDK itself once it stabilises.
