To be able to run tests against your system's setup of the Android SDK, we need `$(AndroidSdkDirectory)` and `$(AndroidNdkDirectory)` to be able to be overidden.

Also of note is dotnet/java-interop@45fe3928, which introduces a new BG8403 binding warning when a bound type has the same name as its enclosing namespace name-part, e.g. `Example.View.View`.
