Previous version of the nuget would try to resolve `libc` p/invokes by looking for the `msvcrt` library on Unix machines.

msvcrt.Update
LibZipSharpto a version which includes a fix for a buffer overflow inzlib as well as bumps
libzipnative library version to the latest 1.9.2.The new version of
LibZipSharpalso includes localization changes.
