Update "AndroidX.Window" to "1.0.0-beta03"

Currently bound to 1.0.0-beta02 (samples available).

Packages affected:

• Xamarin.AndroidX.Window
• Xamarin.AndroidX.Window.WindowJava

There is an additional set of preview APIs for "Activity Embedding" but these are not key to the main purpose of the package for Xamarin.Forms or .NET MAUI users. The key APIs used in the existing samples are mostly unchanged (callbacks for currentWindowMetrics have been removed, but the WindowMetricsCalculator class is still available).
