Issue #7: Add Tomcat Native Libraries

1. Create a base template for all the images.
2. The script updates, download the latest versions of the libraries.
3. tomcat-native loaded from the server, instead install the version that is in tomchat. Because in tomchat 8 is tomcat-native 1.2 it does not compile.Working solutions for assembly the version 1.2 yet.
4. But tomcat 8.0.32 suited version tomcat-native 1.1.33 or higher
