master branch not being updated on rtd.io

I was using Authentication class as
oauth2_provider.ext.rest_framework.OAuth2Authentication
But i seems that its changed to
oauth2_provider.contrib.rest_framework.OAuth2Authentication

Docs has been updated on the master however

Somehow there's also a http://django-oauth-toolkit-latest.readthedocs.io/ (note the -latest) which has github references to one of the forks rather than this main repo (see #520). This messed me up too!

@MattBlack85 it appears that you are the only jazzband lead for this project. Can you take a look and/or add more lead(s) like perhaps @jleclanche (and I volunteer if someone can guide me to make sure I don't screw up). I suspect there may be an old deprecated github services integration for RTD in project settings which needs to be replaced with a webhook: The last RTD build was Dec. 8, 2018. 4:51 a.m.
