Python 3.8 was released on October 14th, 2019. Also: - Remove 'dist: xenial' from Travis configuration, it is now the default. - Remove Python version from some Travis entires. Travis now defaults to Python 3. - Update Django 3.0 version string. It was released December 2, 2019.
