This PR removes the mock server (#126). Users looking to try Dispatch should instead use the Dispatch CLI at https://github.com/stealthrocket/dispatch.
I haven't made any changes to the README since this is covered by #150.
I've kept the underlying components in the repo since they're still useful for unit testing.
