Named routes support

Named routes doesn't seem works with the one defined in the Route::api() block. Is that the expected behavior ?

Named routes currently only work when internally calling a named route. You
can't use URL::route, still looking into it. Want to make sure it's not
going to cause too much overhead.

Well, i guess using Redirect in an Api wouldn't make much sense.
In my use case I only use them internally (using them for ACL). I just tested with a filter and it works. Thanks for your quick response ! :)

This will be looked in to but at the moment named routes are only for when internally calling another route with API::route or API::action.
