Now that there is just one commit left in this PR I am wondering whether there should be test just for what this final commit changes?

This removes the duplicated code for encoding temporal operators for
word-level BMC from wl_instantiatet.

Now that there is just one commit left in this PR I am wondering whether there should be test just for what this final commit changes?

Test added!

1) The simplifier is changed to stay within SVA when simplifying SVA.

2) The logic that recognises supported SVA is adjusted.
