STAC transactions are now disabled by default due to a change in stac-utils/stac-fastapi-pgstac. To enable them, we need to set environment variable: ENABLE_TRANSACTIONS_EXTENSIONS=true The change was introduced via: - developmentseed/eoapi-k8s#279 - stac-utils/stac-fastapi-pgstac#236
