handlePort not working on re-creation

### Describe the bug

I create handlePort and the container rises, I delete and recreate it and the container does not rise anymore

### Expected Behavior

 container lifts

### Current Behavior

 container does not lift

### Steps to reproduce

1. Создать handlePort
2. Удалить handlePort
3. Создать handlePort
4. Удалить handlePort
