Minor fixes and update changelog for release 0.2.0

• Update README
  • Add link to YouTube tutorial
  • Add documentation on the ephys_precluster module
  • Update image links to raw file
• Update text in Jupyter notebooks
• Jupyter notebooks included updates with black code formatting. There were conflicts between jupytext and black. I ended up creating a new python script with jupytext, overwriting the previous python script, and then formatting the python script with black. It would also be worth a review of the ipynb files to make sure no issues arose with jupytext or black.
• Remove electrode localization schema activation from pipeline.py since this is included in localization.py.
