"Rows Added" and "Rows Removed" are reversed in --dbt CLI printout #629

Describe the bug
It seems that "Rows Added" and "Rows Removed" are flipped in --dbt (but not --cloud).
These are the results of a diff that was run first with --dbt, and subsequently with --cloud. The --cloud summary is correct because the only change I made was a limit to reduce the number of rows in the dev version.
