Show only critical changes for `helm-diff`

For us, the helm-diff tool is used within our CICD pipeline, It would be nice to have a flag that only shows critical differences. For example, resources that would be recreated.

Can it be implemented via multiple flags so that you can combine these flags for your own usecase?

@mumoshu Basically, I would refer to "critical" changes as changes that would cause Kubernetes resources to be recreated, got example, a change in the service name which could cause a downtime for another service reference that changed service by it's service name

For everyone, the concept of "critical" can mean different things. Therefore, I have described a general solution here, but at the moment there are more questions than answers.
