support form tls environment variables

Hi,
as in helm 2.11 tls values were moved to variables like $HELM_TLS_CA_CERT etc, may diff plugin also be updated?
tlsCaCertDefault = "$HELM_HOME/ca.pem" -> $HELM_TLS_CA_CERT
