DartEditor doesn't like opening multiple folders with the same name?

To repro:

1. Open DartEditor (I'm using Version 0.1.0.201204042311, Build 6213 mac)
2. Open dart/utils/pub.
3. Open dart/utils/tests/pub.

Bug:
Step three doesn't add the pub tests to my workspace. It doesn't seem to do anything at all. If I open dart/utils/tests, that does work and then I can see the pub tests in there. It just doesn't like opening the tests directly.

This problem is due to the fact we cannot have two projects with the same name in the workspace. We need to extend the project name to be more than just the folder name.

Note that this is fairly trivial to do for the stand-alone Editor (we just need to make sure that projects are always displayed using the last segment of the project's location rather than the project's name), but might be more difficult in the plug-in version because we won't control all of the places where a project name appears. We should talk about what we want to do in the plug-in case.
