I created a VTK package based on your version which uses qt5 provided by conan-center itself and other settings.
To thank you, I added some additional settings to compile QT (tested on Linux and Windows)
If the QT5_DIR environment variable is defined by the user, this option isn't necessary, because VTK's own cmakes will automatically enable these modules.
