Update CT Quickstart guides to mention support of other frameworks

"The React example uses ViteJS as the bundler and get sets up a plain React app. The only mention of the meta frameworks (and other bundlers like Webpack) is a bulleted list at the top of the React "Introduction" page. It would be more reassuring to have a paragraph that says how easy it is to use across different meta frameworks."

Could link to new framework config guides that will exist in each section

"It might be helpful to have some support or even just mention the possibility of using other metaframeworks than vite, e.g. CRA. Even if it's just like "this process is mostly identical for other toolchains, but for additional help see blah blah blah"
