ranges::get should be freestanding #5838
Description
As noted at https://github.com/cplusplus/draft/pull/5713/files#r972051079 the <ranges> synopsis does not mark the get overloads for subrange as freestanding.
Those overloads were added to the synopsis by f400d80 and P1642 said to make them freestanding, but maybe #5713 was based on an old revision?
