[res.on.functions] Inconsistent list item punctuation

Here's paragraph two:

Adding the full stop seems like an easy fix to make it sort of consistent, but to be honest, for a list whose items start with lowercase letters, I kinda expect the whole list to be styled as a single sentence with:

• all but the last item terminated by commas or semicolons at most, not full stops; and
• no new sentence starts inside the items.

Found a few more lists whose items start with lowercase but where at least one of the items stops the sentence and starts a new sentence:
