CI: icmd hides execution timeouts behind 0 exit code #3881

Description
When a test command ran with icmd times-out, the exit code is set to 0.
Our current tooling does not currently differentiate between that and a successful execution - thus we do currently have false positives in our test suite.
Will submit a PR momentarily to address that.
