Publish Form

Publishing requires a thorough UI allowing the user to:

- toggle tasks
- toggle groups
- toggle staged items
- run groups/tasks individually
- quickly understand publish progress
   - by looking at task status markers that adhere to the same colors as the cli
   - by looking at a list of artifacts created
