Move install scripts
In the 0.2.x branch, now that we've moved the extension packages like, construct_maya, construct_nuke, construct_hou, and construct_ui. We can deprecate the construct_setup package and move the install scripts back into the construct repo.
Update install scripts
The install scripts need to be updated to install the construct package directly. There are some additional features we need to build in as well.
Windows
- Create desktop shortcuts from entrypoints for windows
- Add windows startup script to launch construct ui and add SystemTray icon
Mac
- Create actual Mac Application directory that redirects to /opt/construct/current
