This version is mainly a bug-fix update, because Discord did some breaking changed to its API which made this version necessary. No audio yet, sorry :(

• Added STREAM permission (also known as "Go live") (Javacord/Javacord#492)

• Removed unnecessary shard-id based reconnect waiting time. This will reduce the reconnect time for multi-shard bots (Javacord/Javacord#487)
