Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the Windows SDK module definitions to align with the current Swift main branch. The change splits the previously monolithic WinSDK module map into separate User Mode (UM) and Shared components.
- Replaces single
winsdk.modulemapwith separatewinsdk_um.modulemapandwinsdk_shared.modulemapfiles - Updates both the download URLs and destination file paths to reflect the new module structure
